X-CUBE （X射线CCD相机)

The X-CUBE is a compact X-ray CCD camera using a commercial CCD chip and is designed for non-destructive inspection. The X-CUBE allows X-ray imaging much the same as when handling a typical CCD camera. Its compact and lightweight design supports a new level of non-destructive inspection.

X-CUBE 是一种为无损检查设计的微型X射线CCD相机，其中探测器使用的是工业级CCD芯片。X-CUBE可以得到与一款典型的CCD相机一样的X射线成像效果。而它小巧和轻便的设计为更高级别的无损检查提供了支持。
