X射线图像传感器

X-ray image sensors consisting of a CCD image sensor or photodiode array that is optically coupled to a FOS (FOP coated with Scintillator material). The CCD image sensor efficiently detects light emitted from the scintillator since it has high sensitivity to scintillator emission wavelengths (near 550 nm). The FOS is highly rated as a device ideal for X-ray detection and is available with CsI, GOS or other materials so you can select the optimal device to match your application.

X射线图像传感器是由一个与FOS光学耦合在一起的CCD图像传感器或光电二极管阵列组成的。（FOS是在FOP上附着一层闪烁材料构成的。）由于这些CCD图像传感器对闪烁体发光（波长约为550nm）具有较高的灵敏度，因此可以有效地探测到由闪烁体发出的光。FOS作为一种理想的X射线探测设备受到高度评价，目前我们可以提供附着CsI、GOS或者任何其他可以满足客户应用要求的闪烁体材料的最佳设备。
